Order on Behalf of Customers

Access My Customers: In the Sales Agent Dashboard, navigate to the “My Customers” tab on the left sidebar.

Shop as Customer: Click on the “Shop as Customer” button next to the customer’s name in the “Customers” tab.

Add New Customer: Click on the “Add” button to add a new customer.

Customer Details: To add a new customer, fill in the following details:

• First Name: Enter the customer’s first name.
• Last Name: Enter the customer’s last name.
• Company Name: If applicable, enter the customer’s company name.
• Country: Select the customer’s country or region from the dropdown menu.
• Phone No: Enter the customer’s phone number.
• Username: Choose a username for the customer.
• Email Address: Enter the customer’s email address.
• Password: Set a password for the customer.

Note: Address details are not required.

Add Customer: Click the “Add Customer” button to complete the process.

Shop as Customer: To place an order on behalf of a customer, click on the “Shop as Customer” button next to the customer’s name.

Checkout: After adding products to the cart and proceeding to checkout, fill in the necessary details.

Select Payment Option:

• Click on the “Pending Payment” option.
• A message will indicate that the customer will receive an email with order details and a payment link.

Pending Payment Email: After an affiliate places an order on behalf of a customer, the customer will receive an email notification like this one:

Email Details:

• Order Number: #29087
• Message: The email informs the recipient that an agent has placed the order on their behalf and that the order is now awaiting payment.
• Payment Link: A link is provided to go to the payment page.
• Order Details:

  • Quantity: 1
  • Price: $140.00
• Subtotal: $140.00
• Total: $140.00
• Payment Method: Pending Payment

This email provides important information about the order status and the next steps required for payment.

Customer Login: The customer will need to log in with the same email address and password that were created for them to continue to the payment form.

Customer Payment Page: Here is what the customer will see to place an order and complete payment for game credentials:

• Select Payment Method: The customer can choose from various payment methods, including Binance Pay, Bitcoin, Ethereum, and TRC-20 USDT.
• Enter Payment Details: For example, if the customer selects Ethereum, they will follow these steps:
  1. Scan the QR Code or Copy the Wallet Address provided.
  2. Enter the Total Amount ($140.00) and confirm the payment.
  3. Provide Wallet Details: Enter their wallet address and transaction ID (txid) after completing the payment.
• Pay For Order: Click the “Pay For Order” button to finalize the purchase.
