Welcome to GoCoinly!

GoCoinly is a marketplace that connects vendors and customers for the buying and selling of digital game coins used in online casino-style games. We are not a gambling platform and do not endorse or facilitate gambling. We provide a platform for the exchange of digital goods only.

By using GoCoinly, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use our platform.

1. Account Registration

  • Customers:
    • You must provide accurate and complete information when registering.
    • You are responsible for keeping your account password secure. We are not liable for losses caused by unauthorized access to your account due to your negligence.
    • Do not share your account with others.
  • Vendors:
    • You must provide accurate information and upload valid verification documents (government-issued ID: passport or driver’s license). This information is used solely to verify your identity and will be deleted within 5 minutes of successful verification.
    • You must provide a valid cryptocurrency wallet address for payouts.
    • You must comply with all platform rules.
    • We manually check vendor accounts, usually within 24-48 hours.
  • Eligibility
    • You must be at least 18 years old to use GoCoinly.
    • You are responsible for complying with all local laws and regulations regarding the purchase and sale of digital game coins.

2. Platform Use

  • Customers: You can purchase listed game coins from vendors. Carefully review the product details before purchasing.
  • Vendors: You can list and sell game coins. You must accurately describe your products (game name, account type, coin balance).

3. Vendor Verification

  • Vendors must upload a government-issued ID (passport or driver’s license) for verification.
  • This information is used solely to verify your identity and ensure a secure platform.
  • Verification documents are securely stored using encryption and are automatically deleted within 5 minutes of successful verification.

4. Payments and Fees

  • Payments: All transactions are conducted in cryptocurrencies (BTC, ETH, USDT, and others supported by our chosen payment processor).
  • Buyer Fees: Buyers are responsible for any transaction fees charged by the cryptocurrency network (e.g., gas fees).
  • Vendor Payouts: Vendors receive payment after the customer confirms receipt of the valid credentials and coins, and a 7-day dispute period has passed (see Section 5).

5. Refunds, Disputes, and Confirmation

  • Confirmation: After purchase, customers must confirm receipt of the product and verify the coin balance within 7 days.
  • Refunds: Customers can request a refund within 7 days of purchase only if:
    • The provided credentials are invalid.
    • The coin balance is significantly less than advertised.
  • Disputes:
    • If a customer has a problem, they must report it to GoCoinly within 7 days of purchase by contacting contact@gocoinly.com.
    • Provide screenshots of payment transactions and any relevant chat conversations.
    • GoCoinly will investigate and make a final decision. Our decisions are binding.
  • No Refunds After 7 Days: No refunds will be issued after the 7-day dispute period has passed.

6. Prohibited Activities

The following are strictly prohibited:

  • Creating multiple accounts.
  • Selling invalid or fake credentials.
  • Misrepresenting coin balances.
  • Directing customers off-platform for transactions.
  • Any fraudulent or illegal activity.
  • Harassing or abusing other users.
  • Violating any applicable laws or regulations.

7. Affiliate Program

  • Agreement: By participating in the affiliate program, you agree to promote GoCoinly honestly and ethically.
  • Responsibilities:
    • Only provide accurate information about GoCoinly.
    • Do not use misleading advertising.
    • Comply with all applicable laws.
    • Do not engage in spamming or other harmful activities.
  • Discount: Affiliates can create promocode up to 5%.
  • Commissions: You will earn a commission on sales generated through your unique affiliate link. Details are available in your affiliate dashboard.
  • Payments: Affiliate payouts are processed after the customer’s payment is confirmed and the 7-day dispute period has passed.
  • Affiliate Misconduct & Termination of Affiliate Status & Dispute Resolution: Clear

8. Account Suspension and Bans

  • We may suspend or ban accounts for violating these Terms.
  • Serious violations (e.g., selling fake credentials) will result in an immediate ban.
  • Vendors may receive a single warning for minor violations.
  • Vendors may appeal suspensions by contacting us.
  • Reactivation after a suspension may require agreeing to stricter terms.

9. Notifications

  • Vendors receive notifications on their dashboard.
  • Customers receive notifications on their “My Account” page.
  • Email notifications may also be sent.

10. Monitoring and Fraud Prevention

  • We monitor platform activity to detect fraud and ensure a secure environment.
  • This may include manual review of transactions and user behavior.

11. Liability

  • GoCoinly is a marketplace facilitator. We are not responsible for:
    • The quality or functionality of the game coins.
    • Disputes between buyers and sellers (although we will mediate).
    • Losses due to user error or negligence.
    • Changes to the game systems themselves (e.g., game shutdowns, currency changes).

12. Changes to Terms and Conditions

  • We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time.
  • We will notify you of significant changes.
  • Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
